Lease Assured is a new venture developed by Lionhouse’s product development team in collaboration with experienced commercial solicitors. Drawing on unique market insight, we identified a clear gap for an online solution that gives businesses access to a tailored commercial lease, fully assured by a legal expert, without the high costs traditionally associated with solicitor-led drafting.
Until now, landlords have largely faced a choice between instructing a solicitor to prepare a bespoke lease — a process that can be costly and time-consuming — or relying on a downloadable template that offers limited flexibility and, crucially, no legal assurance. Lease Assured provides a new alternative, combining the simplicity and convenience of an online platform with the confidence of professional legal review.
We developed the bespoke commercial lease builder using AI-supported technology, alongside a distinctive brand identity and digital experience designed to position Lease Assured as a credible and innovative leader in the market.

With a primarily B2B audience in mind, we developed a sophisticated illustrative style, supported by a light, approachable yet suitably professional tone of voice.

Drawing on industry insight and working closely with legal experts, we created a guided, step-by-step journey that enables landlords to build a tailored lease around their specific requirements.

Since launching in summer 2026, Lease Assured has shown strong early momentum, with initial uptake exceeding expectations. Feedback from customers and the wider industry has been positive, supported by coverage in a number of publications, including Business Insider.
As the brand continues to evolve, the focus will be on building on this early success, growing the customer base and exploring opportunities to expand into new markets.
