Foodfit, a budding and dynamic meal plan provider, is taking on major industry titans. With a passionate drive to succeed and a dedicated fan base, we were entrusted with rejuvenating the brand and crafting a superior website experience.

 

Our primary challenge was to decode their unclear business model that was hindering sales and customer retention. Competing against household names like HelloFresh and Gousto required us to identify a unique selling proposition to position Foodfit distinctively, guiding their marketing with a coherent direction.

 

We recognized that while the convenience and quality of their meals were evident, their broad target market was diluting their impact. Consequently, we pivoted their model to emphasize ‘personalized’ service, catering specifically to individuals with fitness goals like muscle gain or weight loss. This strategic shift provided them with the blueprint for a refined marketing and content strategy, arming them with the tools to carve out their niche.

 

Regrettably, rising costs in ingredients, transport, and packaging led FoodFit to temporarily halt operations in 2022. Nonetheless, we stand by, optimistic about their potential comeback.

To reinforce the ‘personal’ touch and enhance user-friendliness, we devised a signup and account interface that enables users to swiftly access support or reach out to their dedicated account manager with ease.

Through a user-centric dashboard, individuals can oversee their subscription, incorporate extra supplements, organize their weekly meals, and crucially, monitor their fitness progress.

 

The signup procedure was designed to underscore this personalized approach, gathering necessary details and allowing users to customize their meals precisely to their preferences.
