Over an ongoing 12-month period, we refined their strategic direction to ensure clarity and uniformity throughout the business. This birthed a brand that’s not only more pertinent but also exudes confidence, designed with their customer’s needs at its core.
Our primary deliverables included an updated brand identity, a revamped website with enhanced search and customer support features, a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, and a customised product management system.
User experience
Their existing website and digital marketing approach was out-of-date and not reflective of the business they had become. We had to strategically define a new website and approach that would increase enquiries and lead generation whilst properly showcasing their breadth of skills and service as a single business.
We developed a logical and intuitive user experience that supported audience needs and provided a clear overview of the entire business.
To attract new customers and expand existing customers expectations we created an effective call to action strategy giving customers multiple, relevant user friendly ways to enquire. We also produced a unique ’product checkup’ feature where a customer can see exactly what services ADSL could provide, concept to shelf.
